When our customers purchasing Amazon products through www.luluapparels.com, all cancellation, refunds, return, exchange policies are their own only. Kindly follow and refer their policies, terms and conditions on amazon.in. 

 

  • What is LULU Apparels Cancellation Policy?

Once you raise a cancellation request, Cancellation of item(s) in your order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet by us. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

  •  How do I cancel my Order?

  • Cancelling and Modifying Orders

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are confirmed. If you have questions about making a return, please see to our return information page or contact our Customer Care on +919526268877 or : luluapparels@gmail.com

  • What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 95 2626 8877 or email us at luluapparels@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a new replacement or refund is issued to you with no additional cost.

  • Will the shipping charges gets refunded,in case if i cancel my order ? 

If an order is cancelled , undelivered or lost in transit, we will refund the full amount inclusive of shipping charges to you in case of prepaid orders.

  • Will the shipping charges gets refunded, in case if i return my order ?

If the order has been returned unfortunately we will not be able to refund the shipping charges to you.

  • Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns only if the product is not as described, not the product ordered or product got damaged.  But if the product is damaged, we need the live video taken in front of the parcel delivery boy, and you have to keep it until your refund case is closed, and our team will contact you to share the video for final confirmation from our end. And we don’t exchange the product if you are not happy with the product for size reason, color reason, for hygiene reasons. Also, we cannot accept returns after return timeline has lapsed etc. Please refer the size, colour chart prior to placing the order on the website. For refund related issues, kindly mail to luluapparels@gmail.com, our concerned team looks in the case and will revert back within 24 – 72 hours based pending work in queue.  Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Remember, we can’t offer refunds for products if their tags labels or seals have been tampered , so be extra careful. Also, in case of self-couriered returns, email us proof of dispatch the slip/air way bill provided by the logistics company. 

  • What is the mode of Refunds ?

 All refunds are credited back to the account, card, or original mode of payment used to place the order while on shopping in case of prepaid orders. If you have placed a COD order, we will transfer the money via NEFT or UPI to your bank account.

  • How will i know that my refund has been initiated ?

 We’ll send you an SMS , email or both confirming the initiation of your refund. Your refund should reach you within 2 - 7 working days in the original mode of payment.
