1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped.
✔ Prepaid Orders
Full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
✔ COD Orders
Order will be cancelled without any charges.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order is shipped:
- Cancellation is NOT possible
- You may refuse the package at delivery
- But refusal of COD packages repeatedly may lead to account restrictions
For prepaid shipments already in transit, cancellation is not allowed.
3. Automatic Order Cancellations
Your order may be cancelled automatically if:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment failed
- Invalid address
- Courier does not service your location
- High-risk or suspicious transaction detected
- Multiple COD refusals from the same account
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
