These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Billing Terms”) explain how payments, billing, pricing, taxes, and charges work when you shop on LuLu Apparels (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

  • Prices may change anytime without prior notice.
  • Prices during festivals/sales may fluctuate due to promotional offers.

The price you pay at checkout is the final price for that moment.

  • COD may include an extra handling fee.
  • COD availability may vary by location and purchase amount.

3. Payment Security & Data Protection

We DO NOT store:

  • CVV
  • ATM PIN
  • UPI PIN

All payments are encrypted and handled by certified gateways.

Payment gateway partners follow:

  • RBI guidelines for online transactions

4. Order Confirmation & Billing Verification

An order is confirmed only when:

  • Payment is successfully received
  • You receive an email/SMS confirmation

We may contact you for:

  • Order approval in case of suspicious activity

If verification fails, we may cancel the order for safety.


5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed:

  • It is usually due to a bank or network delay.
  • Payment gateway will automatically reverse the amount within 5–7 working days (Razorpay/PayU/PhonePe timelines).
  • If not refunded in 7 days, contact your bank or our support.

LuLu Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by banking channels.


6. GST Invoices

We issue GST-compliant invoices for all orders.

Each invoice includes:

  • GST details
  • Itemized pricing
  • GSTIN (if registered)
  • Tax breakup
  • Payment method

If you need a business invoice with GST input:

  • Provide GSTIN at checkout
  • Wrong or invalid GSTIN cannot be modified later

7. COD Billing Terms

If COD is available:

  • COD may include an extra fee (e.g., ₹30–₹50).
  • COD orders must be paid in cash only.
  • Tampered or damaged COD packages should be refused at delivery.
  • Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

8. Payment Errors & Disputes

If you face:

  • Double payment
  • Incorrect charge
  • Payment deducted twice

We will:

  • Verify with payment gateway
  • Refund extra amount within 5–10 working days after verification

Bank timelines may vary.


9. Promo Codes, Discounts & Credits

  • Only one promo code can be applied per order.
  • No refund for expired or invalid coupons.
  • Discount values cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Store credits (if issued) cannot be transferred.

We reserve the right to disable or modify any coupon without notice.


10. Billing Address & Information Accuracy

You agree to provide:

  • Complete and accurate billing information
  • Valid contact details
  • Correct UPI/card details

Incorrect information may lead to:

  • Order delays
  • Order cancellation
  • Extra delivery charges

Repeated misuse may lead to account restrictions.


11. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious transactions
  • Block fraudulent users

Fraud may include:

  • Chargeback abuse
  • Repeated cash-on-delivery refusal

14. Modification of Billing Terms

LuLu Apparels reserves the right to:

  • Add
  • Remove

any billing clause without prior notice.
